The richest cocoa beans grow on the Island's second mountain. Dirk built a special pyramid temple where the Dough Tribe makes all their chocolate. Once the beans are harvested, they are placed in the hands of the giant chocolate god, who swallows them whole. After they are processed inside, the chocolate comes gushing out of the god's giant feet, turning the flow into a raging river and the beginning of the "Chocolate 500."  Every week the Island's best kayakers compete in the race, paddling down the river to mix the coco powder, liqueur and sugar into the best chocolate you have ever tasted. Once the chocolate is mixed and hardens into blocks, it is loaded onto the rafts that are piloted by white water daredevils to ride on the backs of Island whales down a 300 foot waterslide to the dock of Dirk's mixing machine.
